"GEH Improvement" applies the electronic archive "Etla"

Limited Liability Company "GEH Improvement," which performs civil and special construction work, now uses the electronic archive "ETLAS" version 6.6 in its activities with support for a legally significant EDS. This was announced on November 26, 2021 by Atlas Soft.

The goal of the company "GEH Improvement" is the reliable functioning of the life support infrastructure of the city of Moscow. Such complex engineering and construction activities as the survey of buildings, underground structures, repair and reconstruction of administrative and industrial facilities are accompanied by the execution of many documents. Contracts, survey acts, technical tasks, design documentation, estimates, accounts are far from a complete list of created documents.

Work on infrastructure facilities of the big city does not end with their construction. Operators also regularly refer to documentation describing the technical features of the operated facilities. For convenient and effective work with documents, the company "GEH Improvement" has introduced the electronic archive "Etla" into its work.

The functionality of the electronic archive software not only provides reliable centralized storage of all company documents and regulated access to them, it also allows:

• Provide the same document to an unlimited number of users
• Print documents in any number of copies as required.

At the same time, the electronic archive releases office space previously occupied under the warehouse of paper originals.

Specialists of GEC Improvement compared several software products presented on the market and opted for the Etla electronic archive, among the advantages of which were noted:

• non-requirement for hardware: you can work with the program from computers that are already available to the user;
• Simple installation that can be done by the user
• The ability to start working with the system immediately after installation or after minimal configuration;
• intuitive interface that allows users with different levels of computer ownership to work with the program ;
• The ability to use the electronic archive to automate the entire electronic workflow of the company.

For the implementation of the last item, the Etla electronic archive is supplemented by a module that provides work with a legally significant electronic digital signature according to GOST R 34.10-2001. The documents signed by the EDS are used in correspondence with counterparties, municipal and state bodies.

The customer carried out the deployment of the archive on their own, while the Etla specialists provided technical support both during the installation of the system and during its subsequent configuration. It should be noted that technical support is provided by the developer during the entire operation of the system. In particular, the efficiency of the electronic archive and the relevance of its functionality are supported by regular updates.
