Certification allows you to support and motivate young students on the way to a successful professional career. In addition, the possibility of obtaining an international certificate becomes an additional advantage in choosing a university. Thus, we are increasing the demand of our university in the eyes of applicants, "commented Andrei Shimbirev, head of the educational and production training center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution VO" REU named after G.V. According to Elena Slivko-Kolchik, head of the department for working with Microsoft education and science organizations in Russia, knowledge and practice in the field of modern technologies is one of the key competencies in the labor market, so it is necessary to develop digital literacy and study technology for all students, regardless of where they will later work. By the end of 2021, technologies are developing much faster than methodology and educational processes, so the company seeks to supplement students' education with the opportunity to gain additional knowledge and confirm this with a certificate, which will allow them to meet current requirements, be in demand and be successful, she said.[1]
