Ayr-Telecom Holding provided a communication channel for broadcasting and developed cloudy infrastructure for reception of questions on "Straight line" of the governor of the Altai krayaviktor Tomenko. The company announced this on November 26, 2021.
The head of the region answered questions that came in advance to the number of the multi-channel phone, to the site or were asked live.
The direct line lasted 2.5 hours, in total there were more than 4000 requests with questions from residents of the Altai Territory.
To receive telephone calls, ER-Telecom, based on the SDG, organized a cloud PBX and connected a number with a free multi-channel communication code of 8800 on the basis of a specialized platform.
The pros of cloud services, technological resources and many years of experience allowed ER-Telecom to solve the task of organizing interaction between residents and authorities in the shortest possible time and at a high level so that all citizens' appeals were heard by the governor.
To broadcast the live line, the operator organized a communication channel between the regional administration building and the broadcasting studio of the Katun24 television channel. To ensure high-volume streaming and uninterrupted data transmission, the Technical Service tested the channel, increasing network capacity in this segment to 100 Mbps
