Centralization of local information systems is carried out in several stages. By the end of 2021, the transfer to corporate information resources of about 20 of the most critical information systems of various organizations of the group will be completed, including 1C-based systems, geological data banks, production management systems and laboratory systems. With the transfer of data and computing resources of these systems to the enterprise data center, each of them provides a 24-hour monitoring function and procedures for rapid response to failures. Thus, part of the regional ones will be added to the corporate information systems in the private cloud of the Lukoil group.

For the purpose of monitoring the state of IT infrastructure, Lukoil commissioned a corporate monitoring center (CTC) in 2019, which for the third year has been conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the three main components of the ITO system - data centers (including regional data centers), telecommunications network and information systems.

"The main task of KCM is to eliminate any incidents before they negatively affect the business processes of the Lukoil group. The process is round-the-clock, complex, requiring the coherence of many services at the same time. In the event of equipment malfunctions, Lukoil-Technologia employees using special tools at their workplaces determine the nature, point and cause of the failure. Then, following the working instructions, they independently perform actions to restore the work of IT equipment or business system or involve specialists of the contracting organization who will eliminate the emergency situation directly on the spot, "-

says Rinald Hamidullin, General Director of Lukoil-Technologia LLC.
