On December 1, 2021 , the company Xerox announced that Yaroslavl printing house CMYK it began to use more non-standard formats and materials for seals thanks to the installation of a full-color CFM. Xerox Iridesse Production Press At the same time, support for additional colors opened up many printing product design opportunities.
After installation, the printing house was able to more productively use tinted design paper, transparent self-adhesive films and cardboard in production, as well as strengthen its position in the digital packaging market. This became possible thanks to the current technologies implemented in Xerox Iridesse Production Press: the machine allows printing white substrates on colored and transparent materials in one pass with a standard triad. In addition, CFM supports sheets up to 330x1200 mm in size. Using this feature, CMYK added photo books of large and non-standard formats to its offer.
"We chose this machine based on the results of a long and thorough market research. Over the past two years, we have studied the possibilities of industrial CFM of well-known manufacturers, but all of them for various reasons did not come up. Xerox Iridesse Production Press turned out to be the best option. In addition, we have been working with Xerox for more than 10 years. We are completely satisfied with the capabilities of the equipment and the quality of direct service of this manufacturer, "- notes Andrey Antonov, CMYK Technical Director. |
The printing house launched Xerox Iridesse Production Press on October 29, 2021 and immediately began to print commercial copies on it. At the beginning of December 2021, a fairly wide range of advertising, publishing and souvenir products is produced at the CFM.
"The introduction of Xerox Iridesse Production Press in the equipment fleet will expand the capabilities of the printing house and allow it to become even more effective and in demand in the printing services market," commented by Igor Yablontsev, project manager of Xerox Eurasia. |
