Management of informatization of the Penza region (Crypto Pro of UTs)

In July, 2010 the Softline company signed the public contract on delivery of a software package Certification center with Management of informatization of the Penza region. For contract performance of Softline offered 955.5 thousand rubles that was optimal for the customer, says the company.

The software package Certification center meets the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of January 10, 2002 No. 1-FZ "About the electronic digital signature", providing application of the electronic digital signature according to regulations of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, noted in Softline. The complex gives the chance at the same time to support not less than 10 thousand signature key certificates of the registered users without purchase of additional server licenses, at the same time with a possibility of the subsequent expansion.

The Crypto Pro of UTs certification center which delivery to Management of informatization of the Penza region was provided by representative office of Softline in Penza within the victory on open tenderings is intended for accomplishment of organizational and technical actions for providing users of the software solution with means and specifications for use of certificates of public keys for the purpose of: control of integrity of the electronic documents transferred in automated information systems; control of integrity of public information resources; authentications of the interacting program components and confidentiality of transmitted data at information exchange; creations of a system of the legally significant electronic digital signature in electronic document management systems, etc.

"The software package "Crypto Pro of UTs certification center was purchased within the long-term target program "Development of Information Society in the Penza Region", – Chikin Ruslan, the head of department of administration of Management of informatization of the Penza region told. – This complex at the initial stage is designed to provide the legal importance of the electronic documents circulating in information systems of executive bodies of the government and local government authorities of the Penza region and also in the electronic trading system. Afterwards it is going to apply this complex to integration into such socially important projects as "The electronic card of the resident of the Penza region"".
