IBS and IBS Platformix are joint based on SAP ERP

In IBS Platformix implementation of the information management system of SAP ERP is complete. Consultants of IBS company were engaged in project implementation.

The business of IBS Platformix company connected with supplies of equipment and also with infrastructure integration developed separately from primary activity of IBS. It led to use of own accounting systems which are not interconnected with the information systems IBS. The implementation project of a full-function management system is caused by need of business process optimization and consolidation of information at the all-corporate level.

At the first stage personnel office-work based on HCM SAP ERP was automated. The functionality used in the IBS solution was replicated in IBS Platformix. In March, 2009 payroll and other business personnel management processes were transferred to a new system.

At the second stage the financial block was implemented. The fact that the Enterprise resource planning settings in IBS focused on accounting of providing IT services considerably differed from accounting of deliveries and logistics of the equipment which are components of core business of IBS Platformix belongs to features of this stage. The team of consultants performed completion and tuning of functionality of SAP under specific features of business of the client, taking into account need of combination accounting to a politi of both companies. The work was completed in the spring of 2010. In April a system was brought into productive operation.

For integration of a system of SAP with internal systems of IBS Platformix the integration SAP product XI-PI was used. It allowed to save the used front office IBS Platformix systems long ago. However such approach complicated a final solution architecture.
