The Planet shopping center is located in the Industrial District of Perm, at the intersection of the key highways of the city - Mira Street and Cosmonauts Highway.

The total area of ​ ​ the facility is 150,000 square meters. m, leased area - 83 105 square meters. m For the convenience of guests there is a spacious and comfortable parking: ground for 2,400 cars and warm underground for 500 seats.

Also in the shopping center there is a modern food court for 1,100 seats.

History

2021: BREEAM Certification

Shopping and Entertainment Center "Planet" received a certificate according to the BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) standard - a global voluntary rating of building performance developed by the British organization BRE Global. The BREEAM standard confirms the effectiveness of design solutions of facilities, the quality and environmental friendliness of construction and finishing materials, general energy efficiency and other characteristics. This was announced by Malltech on December 7, 2021.

As of December 2021, only about 200 buildings are certified in Russia according to the BREEAM standard. "Planet" is the first shopping center in the Perm Territory that successfully passed this international certification.

During the design and construction of the Planet shopping center, the MALLTECH team paid special attention to the introduction of technologies and high environmental standards. This project is our contribution to supporting the green economy, creating a qualitatively new urban infrastructure in Perm. We hope that in this way we set an example for our business partners in the field of responsible attitude to the environment. The Planet shopping center received a Very Good rating, its rating was 56.6 points. The object received the maximum 100 points in the category "Transport," 90 points - for "Land use and environmental aspects," from 50 to 70 points - for "Management," "Electric consumption," "Production equipment" and "Water supply."
