Uniform Settlement Center (Mototelecom Avtoobzvon)

To Mototelecom Software in July, 2010 was announced Mototelecom system implementation by Avtoobzvon in Uniform Settlement Center SU-155. On July 27 process of implementation of the Mototelecom software product Avtoobzvon in Uniform Settlement Center SU-155 came to the end. Before implementation a number of tests were carried out, including: system operation check in real time, stability at a permanent load, different stress tests. As a result of the carried-out tests, on all stages the positive result was received.

The Mototelecom software product Avtoobzvon will be used for call-down of debtors on utilities. A system automatically rings round subscribers and loses them in advance written messages, and also actions which should be undertaken for debt repayment. The efficiency of return of debts using Mototelecom Avtoobzvon considerably increases.

Mototelecom Avtoobzvon is the warning system of unlimited number of subscribers according to lists or databases which in the automatic mode conveys the prepared information and also suggests the subscriber to pass into the interactive voice menu, or to connect to the operator.
