The company HeadHunter launched the Takskom Management service, the interface of which is presented in the form of an online cabinet. This was reported by Taxcom (Taxcom) on December 14, 2021.

In the company HeadHunter more and more documents and processes are translated into electronic form. The number of users of electronic document management (EDO) and other online services is growing, in which users need an electronic signature ( EP) to work. It is required to submit reports to government agencies, for operations at various tender sites, to certify and send documents in different EDO systems, to obtain licenses, to integrate hh.ru site services with the State Services portal.

Also, the EP ensures the maintenance of personnel document management in electronic form. And an additional bonus for employees is to be able to solve their private issues using the EP.

Before the Taxcom service began to be used, HeadHunter employees were forced to come to the certification center (CA) with documents to identify the identity required when ordering an EP. It was inconvenient for them to interrupt business processes, and the issuance of a certificate was sometimes delayed.

Thanks to the implemented service, the company's interaction with the certification center (CA) is carried out through an administrator - an employee appointed inside HH after concluding an agreement with TC Taksk.

The administrator acts as a trustee of the company, since he orders EP certificates directly in the online office. It is to him that employees approach with a passport, SNILS and other documents necessary for the release of EP.

The administrator conducts identification of employees, scans documents and uploads them electronically in Taxcom - Certificate Management. Then it generates an order for obtaining certificates in the CT. For its part, TC Takskom checks these documents in 15 minutes and, if everything is in order, sends a notification to the administrator of the HeadHunter about permission to issue an EP.

After receiving the notification, the HH officer comes to the administrator to identify the identity.

If earlier we spent 5-7 days for the first time to issue an EP, then from the implementation of the Taxcom - Certificate Management service, you can get an EP (first time or re-release) in 1-2 days. Rather, in 3-12 hours (the company's offices are in different time zones), "said Irina Neroslavskaya, head of the company's document management and optimization service. HeadHunter - "Taxcom - Certificate Management" protects the time of employees, and, accordingly, the company. We saved on the cost of the EP issuance process. Making a deposit allowed us to minimize the participation of the financial department and the document management department in the issuance of each signature.
