2021: Enterprise Portal Implementation

Norbit (part of the LANIT group) has developed and implemented a corporate portal on the 1C-Bitriks24: Enterprises platform for the Rimera group of companies, combining enterprises for the production of oil production equipment and the provision of service services for fuel and energy enterprises . This was announced by LANIT on December 16, 2021. The project helped improve staff productivity and accelerate access to various types of service information. Today, about a thousand specialists use the intranet portal.

Platform selection criteria were cost and implementation time, availability for professionals, solution flexibility, and information security requirements. The intranet portal combines more than 10 modules: Navigation, Organizational Structure, Telephone Directory, Employee's Personal Account, News, Calendar, Booking Meeting Rooms, Birthdays, Search, etc.

The implementation of the system greatly simplified the work of employees with documents and reduced the time to search for information. During the project, a single contact base was created. The service helps to quickly and conveniently book meeting rooms. With the Calendar module, you can capture plans and determine the employment of a specific employee. An internal news feed is set up on the portal, informing about the latest achievements of the company in the production of equipment for oil production and the provision of oil services, as well as corporate events and events.

The emergence of the information portal gave an additional impetus to strengthening the corporate culture and creating comfortable conditions for the work of our employees. Combining internal processes will significantly improve the quality of company management.
