Procurement Directorate Mobile Application

Purpose

Create a single window for an enterprise employee to interact with the supply team.

Project

The application is an aggregator, a single interface for working with the various existing and implemented IT services that Supply has.

The application allows you to:

• Track up-to-date information on the delivery of goods and materials
• Fix the defect in the "Complaints" module. Here, quickly create a complaint, track its status and contact the performer in the chat. Also, if necessary, approval of complaints for managers is available
• Create a product order using the EVRAZ module. Marketplace, "monitor the status of the order in it and receive notifications of a change in the status of the order
• Submit questions or proposals on supply processes in the feedback module or contact the employee of the Directorate by mobile phone or e-mail using contact information from the employee directory
• The PPE and CO module displays information about employee security in sections: Costs, Cabin visits, Security
• View Statistics Key Figures in Reporting

Result

Employees of the company gained mobile access to information about supply processes, material movements, complaints and can quickly contact colleagues from the supply directorate.

The application is constantly developing, work is underway to replicate the functionality of tracking applications and PPE security at all EVRAZ enterprises.

Mobile app (iOS and Android) for corporate sporting events

The application is designed to display on-line the results of sports events held by EVRAZ.

A list of sports events, including archived events, is available on the home screen. When you select an event, the competition protocol is displayed with the option to select a sport. The results of the competition can be filtered by both team and personal standings.

The application is based on Forsyth. Mobile Platform "and Flutter cross-platform technology.

Mobile application (iOS and Android) for integration with IBM Domino-based SED

Purpose

Increasing the efficiency and culture of working with documents is one of the key areas of development of the EVRAZ business system. To achieve this priority, the company has introduced a tool for convenient working with documents and corporate systems - the mobile application "SED." It improves the efficiency of electronic document management and allows you to easily work with documents outside the office.

Project

Application EDMS"" is the mobile version of the corporate. document management systems The application takes into account the peculiarities of information flows and document work in a large company, where a large number of employees participate in the process of preparing and coordinating documents.

The SED mobile application works on smartphones with various operating systems, so employees can perform document management tasks using personal phones. The user has access to documents that require his approval and to documents agreed over the past 15 days.

In the application, the employee sees the document card, its contents, attached files. He can agree on the document, reject it or send it for additional approval. If the Internet connection disappears, the data can be downloaded offline. The speed of the application does not decrease, even if the number of users increases. The application provides reliable information protection of data.

Result

The application employs 2,000 employees. Implementation of the application has helped to achieve the following results:

• Reduce time to review and agree on documents
• Increase the effectiveness of interaction between participants in the document negotiation process, strengthen discipline
