OZON, together with Navicon, automated interaction processes with distributors and pharmacy chains. This became known on December 22, 2021.
Two of Navicon's own developments, based on the company's copyright technologies and Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition: Navicon Pharma TDC and Navicon Pharma TPM, introduced in the pharmaceutical company, increased its turnover without attracting additional technical and human resources. They helped consolidate and quickly manage secondary sales data from networks and distributors, conduct advanced demand and drain analysis, manage marketing contracts with networks, and evaluate marketing investments.
The project was implemented in two stages. First, the Navicon team implemented the Navicon Pharma TDC solution. It made it possible to consolidate and quickly manage secondary sales data from networks and distributors, to conduct advanced analysis of demand and runoff. During the second phase, the Navicon Pharma TPM solution was introduced. With it, the pharmaceutical company can manage marketing contracts with networks - both standard and improved, unique schemes for the market - and quickly calculate and evaluate marketing investments.
