ZIAK services cover tasks for industrial enterprise management such as resource control, production dispatching, human resources management, quality management, production and process control, performance analysis, product tracking and genealogy. In addition, centralized control of industrial safety is included in the set. The ZEAK architecture provides easy scaling, support and development of services. Manufacturers can select only the necessary modules or install everything in one complex. A regular web browser is enough to work.

The basis for ZIAK is the industrial information and analytical platform ZIIoT (Zyfra Industrial Internet of Things platform), which Digital has been developing since 2019. Platform services capture, store and structure production data, and facilitate integration with already implemented automation solutions for various aspects of production activities. The enterprise management system platform provides access to a wider range of data. Their operation in a single information field allows end-to-end control of business processes through several redistributions of the production chain. In addition, the single data environment formed by the platform greatly facilitates the development and implementation of AI-based digital advisors, further enhancing the enterprise's ability to effectively manage production.

As of December 2021, ZIAK services have been tested and are used at enterprises in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in such industries as mining and processing, metallurgy, and the production of mineral fertilizers. Among the main effects of the implementation are called optimization of the cost of production and increase in labor productivity due to a decrease in the volume of off-spec, a decrease in losses of raw materials and semi-finished products and an increase in production load.
