CorpSoft24 transferred VDNH information systems to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform

2024: Digital transformation of the operating and financial management system

The company has CorpSoft24 completed the project of introducing and developing information systems for managing the financial and economic activities of VDNKh. The total number of users "1C:Enterprise 8" exceeds 1000 employees of the exhibition complex. This was announced by CorpSoft24 on June 27, 2024.

The digital transformation of the operating and financial management system of the exhibition has been going on for several years. The main tasks set by the management of VDNKh - using the introduced information systems to increase the reliability and efficiency of the received information on financial and economic activities, to improve the manageability of the exhibition complex, to reduce the cost of accounting and reporting.

According to the results of an open tender, CorpSoft24 was chosen as the contractor. As a platform for the accounting system of the enterprise, the decision "1C: Holding Management 8" was taken.

The project was implemented in three stages. The first included the transfer of the company from work in the historical system to "1C: Holding Management 8." The second is automation of document management and lease management, the third is the introduction of centralized treasury and procurement under 223 FZ and 44 FZ.

As of June 2024, the main digital transformation project of VDNKh has been completed, and the implemented 1C solutions are being expanded. To increase the productivity of the VDNKh corporate information system, some of the solutions were transferred to the CorpSoft24 cloud infrastructure.

For 2 years, the company CorpSoft24 completed a complete survey of the IT infrastructure and historical systems of VDNKh, designed a new functional architecture of the corporate information system, configured and implemented a typical functionality of 1C solutions and developed additional functions, according to the requirements of VDNKh.

All 1C solutions used, which became the core of the IT infrastructure, were integrated with external systems. Then tests and user training were carried out, after which the system was transferred to pilot operation.

As part of the project on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, VDNKh accounting and tax accounting were automated, including the distribution of municipal and federal subsidies, agreement on contractual documents, as well as all incoming, outgoing and internal electronic document management, treasury and corporate procurement under 223 FZ and 44 FZ.

As a separate sub-project at VDNKh, the solution "1C: Real Estate and Lease Management of KORP. Module for "1C: Holding Management 8." On the territory of the exhibition there are more than 300 large objects of various purposes and types, in which more than 300 permanent tenants and more than 200 seasonal tenants are located on an area of ​ ​ more than 70 thousand square meters. More than 100 exhibitions of various types and topics are held annually. As a result of the implementation, the task of comprehensive automation of processes related to real estate management was solved, more than 150 jobs were automated.

CorpSoft24 designed and implemented a new corporate information system for VDNKh on a domestic platform from scratch, creating opportunities for operational and transparent management of the exhibition complex and holding international exhibitions. The implementation project was actively attended by employees of DIT VDNH and functional leaders in each area, - said Oleg Gutsulyak, Deputy General Director of CorpSoft24.

2021: Plan for the implementation of the accounting and tax accounting system

CorpSoft24 became the winner in an open competition for the creation of an automated accounting and tax accounting system for VDNKh. The system will be implemented on the basis of 1C: Holding Management products in a short time: in just 2 months. This was announced by CorpSoft24 on December 29, 2021.

Managing the complex of VDNKh requires up-to-date decisions in the field of informatization. To improve the efficiency of the enterprise, management decided to create a new information system for accounting and tax accounting on the 1C: Holding Management platform.

Our company has extensive experience in cooperation with state enterprises in the city of Moscow. Under the terms of the contract, the cost of introducing the system will be 9.95 million rubles. At the same time, the project should be implemented in a short time: in just 2 months. As a result, VDNKh will receive a system in which from 300 to 550 users will simultaneously work.
