The introduction of modern document management technologies is quite affordable for general education organizations. The special program for supporting domestic education from the EOS company makes it possible for schools, colleges, gymnasiums, lycées for 20% of the standard price to purchase for the management needs of SED DELO, EOS for SharePoint and options for them. The action proposal was used by the Novosibirsk College of Architecture and Construction. The implementation was carried out by the "golden partner" of EOS - the company "KS-Consulting" from Barnaul. The State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution of the Novosibirsk Region (GAPOU NSO) "Novosibirsk College of Architecture and Construction" prepares personnel for the construction industry. Here they learn very popular and "expensive" specialties: bricklayer, plaster, painter, concrete maker, tile maker, carpenter, master of furniture production, designer, gas and electric welder.

Before the introduction of SED, the college had a traditional paper workflow. Most of the incoming ones were registered by the secretariat, then they were referred to the director for consideration. After receiving the resolution, the secretary copied the document and brought it to the executor. The accounting department and the personnel department independently recorded the correspondence and instructions received by them. The scheme is working, but with drawbacks, the main ones of which are the large time spent by employees on technical procedures for registration, processing, transfer to executors, costs for paper and copying, the difficulty of monitoring the execution of documents and orders, as well as slow document processes in general.

To reduce costs and make working with documents more efficient, the college administration decided to implement the SED. After considering the SED/ESM solutions presented on the domestic market, the choice was made in favor of the DELO system, which has proven itself positively in other educational institutions. One of the arguments in her favor was the opportunity to save on the purchase of licenses under a special program from EOS.

The specialists of KS-Consulting, a company that is a partner of EOS in Western Siberia, were tasked with converting the registration processes into electronic form and ensuring control over the execution of orders. It was also necessary to realize the possibility of signing documents by electronic signature.

The implementation of the project (from the survey to the completion of training) took a little more than three weeks. The customer purchased licenses for the system workplaces, as well as a number of additional options. As a result, most of the specialists of the institution involved in document management began working at SED DELO.

The electronic form translated the review of correspondence by management, the introduction of resolutions, the creation of draft documents, their coordination and sighting. The college director's workplace has the "EOS Desktop Service" option (allows you to quickly edit files attached to the card - used to make edits when approving projects) and the "Display and Encryption" option. Timely learning about new events in the system helps "Document Monitoring," the company's own development "KS-Consulting" with extended informant functions for the "CASE" system. This application is active even if the SED is not started by the user.

In general, all the tasks set at the start of the project have been solved. In the future, the college administration allows expanding the number of jobs to 100% of employee coverage and a complete transition to paperless document management.
