1C-Rarus specialists introduced an information system based on cloud technologies and the 1C: Fresh architecture in the Centralized Accounting Department of Municipal Institutions of the Neryungrinsky District. 200 users are connected to the system, providing accounting for 71 municipal institutions of the district. The municipal institution "Centralized Accounting of Municipal Institutions of the Neryungrinsky District" was created to carry out financially-economic functions, functions for maintaining centralized budget (accounting) accounting, preparing and submitting consolidated statements on the basis of information data received from municipal institutions of the municipal " formations Neryungrinsky District."

Six local information databases of various developers were used to calculate wages and personnel records. This led to a slowdown and labor intensity of work processes: personnel services transferred documents to calculators on paper, there was duplication of information. Employees had to be able to work in different programs. The process of collecting and consolidating reports was carried out through e-mail and spreadsheets, after which it was necessary to check control ratios in forms, compile data and directories in manual mode. You had to duplicate payment data from one accounting system to another.

According to the results of the competition, the project was executed by 1C-Rarus, which has the status 1C": Center of Competence for Budgetary Accounting," and has experience in implementing projects state in institutions.

Project Results:

  • The activity of 200 users in 71 institutions of the Neryungrinsky district is automated.
  • Due to the use of cloud services, transparency of budget accounting and payroll of municipal institutions is ensured.
  • Automatic inspections at the stage of forming reporting forms have improved the quality of regulated reporting.
  • Thanks to automatic data exchange and seamless integration with the district budgeting system, the labor costs for manual input of primary information are reduced by 15%.
  • Not only the technical platform for keeping records, but also the methodology is unified: accrual, deduction formulas, work with directories, etc.
  • Special modules for monitoring and analyzing the activities of institutions have been developed - the "Register of Personnel," "Register of Employees."
  • Centralized administration and updating of information databases is organized.

In December 2019, the "Centralized Accounting of Municipal Institutions of the Neryungrinsky District" launched a unified information system "Management of Financial and Economic Activities, Personnel Accounting and Payroll of Municipal Institutions of the Neryungrinsky District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)."
