Gotovtsev Oleg Borisovich

Biography

In 1988 graduated from faculty of automatic equipment and electronics of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPI), and in 2013 – the Stockholm school of economy. In 1988-1992 worked at Institute of atomic energy of I.V. Kurchatov.

Oleg Gotovtsev started a career in banking sector in 1992.

From 1995 to 2004 CB Guta Bank worked in ". During operating time it held positions of the head of department of automation of banking technologies, the deputy head of department of a computerization, the head of department of maintenance of information systems, the director of the department of IT in bank.

In 2005 headed Management of strategy of information systems, and further held a position of the director of the department of information technologies of VTB 24 bank.

Since 2006 held a position of the vice president, associate director of Department of banking and information technologies of VTB 24.

In June, 2014 Gotovtsev was appointed the chief executive on information technologies – the board member SOGAZ. In this position he supervised the activities connected with development of IT of the company, implementation and maintenance of information corporate systems and also information and computer support. Before, since 2007, this position in SOGAZ was held by Tatyana Portone.

In April, 2017 in SOGAZ reported that Oleg Gotovtsev left the company. Ruslan Rusavsky is appointed to his position.
