2022: Start of production

On January 24, 2022, the Abrau-Durso group announced the launch of premium cosmetics production under its Abrau Cosmetics brand. The new business direction was headed by the wife of the shareholder and president of Abrau-Durso Pavel Titov Ksenia and the general director of the company - the manufacturer of safe household chemicals LLC Kubanbythim Ruslan Romantsev. In addition, Kubanbythim presented facilities for the production of the first Abrau-Durso cosmetic line.

It is noted that the means of leaving the first limited collection developed within the framework of the Abrau Cosmetics line are based on natural ingredients, including grape bone oil obtained from grapes grown in the Abrau-Durso vineyards. The packaging of the new cosmetic line is completely biodegradable materials of the Finnish company Sulapac.

Abrau-Durso began production of premium cosmetics

The set for up to 5.4 thousand rubles will include body oil, scrub, hand cream and lip balm. Sets of two items for 2.6 thousand rubles will also be sold. By January 24, 2022, goods are sold in their own retail (16 stores in Moscow, Voronezh, Arkhangelsk, Krasnodar). Cooperation with marketplaces, beauty salons and SPA centers is also planned.

As noted in the press service of Abrau-Durso on January 24, 2022, Ksenia Titova studied the technologies and processes for creating natural cosmetic products for more than ten years. She graduated from the Department of Biology at London Imperial College London, took a Beauty Therapy and Health Studies course at London College of Fashion, studied at the British Formula Botanica School and the Robert Thisserand Institute. Through the press service, Titova noted that the environmental component of production is very important to her and that the company would like to change its attitude to ecology in the cosmetics industry as a whole.^[1]
