In the Pyatigorsk printing house "Flexomir-V" began work digital printing machine for the label Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230. Its start was carried out by specialists of customer service of the Russian representative office of Konica Minolta in January, 2022.

The Flexomir-V printing house, founded in 2012, began its journey with a budget flexographic tower machine. Thanks to the quality and cohesive work of the team, after only two years the company doubled its production capacity. In 2016 and 2019. two narrow-crown flexographic complexes of the Chinese manufacturer Bengraphic with various modules for finishing the label were installed in the printing house. Now the printing house produces a self-adhesive label of any complexity.

We have felt the need for digital printing equipment for a long time. Our customers, of course, were influenced by the market trends of recent years, and every day their need for short editions only increased, not to mention orders for printing labels in accordance with the requirements of the national marking system "Honest Sign." To meet the needs of our current and potential customers, we decided to invest in a "figure." In addition, the use of "numbers" will allow us to be more effective in printing short and trial print runs, saving on attachments, which is very relevant, against the background of rising prices for printing material and photopolymer printing forms, "said Vladimir Lee, Director General of Flexomir-V Printing House.

At the Flexomir-V printing house, AccurioLabel 230 is installed in a standard four-color configuration with a photometer reading sensor for printing with a second run. This will allow you to use the machine to personalize circulations printed flexographically. The installed configuration of the machine provides for optional retrofitting with a flexographic section for applying whitewash when printing on transparent and metallized materials.
