In SEB Bank the project on implementation of the module of management of pools of client accounts is complete

In a modern situation of development of financial market the possibility of providing by banks of the relevant and demanded by clients services is of particular importance. One their such perspective services, the interested SEB Bank, the service of management of pools of client accounts is. Providing this service is automated using the module of the same name which is a part of the complete solution Diasoft FA# Bank.

The service which is referred to as in English-speaking sources of "Cash Pooling" – "A monetary pool", is provided by foreign banks within the product "Cash Management". This service can be defined as the structure including several accounts, opened in Bank on which remaining balance is considered jointly for the purposes of improvement of quality of the liquidity management of the multifilial company, including for optimization of calculation of the received/paid percent.

The pool represents consolidation of several accounts. The pool can join accounts absolutely of different function (settlement, current, deposit, etc.) and in different currency.

At automation of this service in SEB Bank two main types of "Cash Pooling" were implemented: with real money transfer into one account (Zero-balancing, Sweeping, Target-balancing) and without money transfer (Notional pooling).

In the version of the module installed in SEB Bank services are implemented: Auto balance transfer (Sweeping) – Automatic maintenance of balance and Target Balancing – Management of balance of a pool in a translation result of means between the accounts entering a pool.

Thus, the Module "Management of Pools of Client Accounts" allows SEB to Bank to manage account balances, entering a pool and also to calculate percent, to make replenishment/write-off for maintenance of an account balance, entering a pool, taking into account the set restrictions on the amounts.

Use of modular assemblies of Zero-Balancing, Notional Pooling, Auto balance transfer and Target Balancing of the solution Diasoft FA# Bank gives the chance to specialists of SEB of Bank as fast as possible and with the smallest costs to perform all necessary operations and to prepare the corresponding reporting.

Implementation of the module of management of pools of client accounts was carried out within three and a half months.
