On February 3, 2022, Diasoft specialists announced that they had created a competence center on the territory of the bank mandatory reporting: installing software updates "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation," adapt it to the specifics of the systems used in the bank, advise users of solutions, analyze the correctness of the construction of reporting forms and eliminate incidents that arise during work with the product.

Avtotorgbank has been using a reporting support service from Diasoft since the summer of 2021. The service helps the bank significantly simplify and accelerate business processes related to reporting to the Bank of Russia.

A comprehensive service "Reporting Support Service" can be provided to Diasoft customers under an expanded software product support agreement for the preparation of bank reporting "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation," which is part of the Digital Q.Consumer development platform (formerly Diasoft FA#). The service is already used by more than ten Diasoft customers.
