The EVOLA company completed implementation of a corporate prototype on personnel management in JSC TNK-Nizhnevartovsk based on the SAP solution ERP HCM.

The project of replication of processes of management of personnel potential in JSC TNK-Nizhnevartovsk became a natural stage of automation of HR functions at the enterprises of TNK-BP holding. The developed earlier corporate standard on functions of personnel development was already implemented in the corporate center TNK-BP and Ryazan Oil Refining Company also with participation of EVOLA company.

JSC TNK-Nizhnevartovsk - the enterprise of the Nizhnevartovsk region of TNK-BP company, basic regarding production. The number of workers is about 1500 people. Functional volume includes process automation on training, formation of a talent pool, goal setting and assessment (KPI), social programs and calculation of remunerations.

TNK-Nizhnevartovsk - the first the enterprises of the Exploration and production business direction at which the Corporate prototype of the second queue of personnel management (on processes of personnel development) based on the SAP solution ERP HCM was replicated. The project team carries out also a task of implementation of all features of an industry template of the Exploration and production business direction which will be replicated afterwards on other enterprises of the industry, all necessary local features which were revealed by consultants of EVOLA company together with key users and experts of the Corporate center during inspection are considered and implemented.
