Control of these processes is provided by the program modules of the same name as part of the automated enterprise control system "RZDstroy" (ASUP). It ensures the work of the organization's divisions on the entire railway network - from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

These modules are built on the IBM Maximo asset management platform. To replace it, the domestic platform "Axiom" was determined. It was developed and developed by Interprocom. At the beginning of 2017, the platform was entered in the Register of Russian Software under the Ministry of Digital Arts.

The project, in addition to the migration of modules, also implies the integration of ASUP with the Unified Information System for the Management of the Construction Complex of Russian Railways. The goal of the project is to import substitution and ensure the possibility of further phased transfer of the rest of the functionality of ASUP to domestic software, as well as to expand the functionality of the system as tasks arise.

RZHDstroy expects to migrate program modules with the help of an engaged contractor, whom the customer intends to select on a competitive basis. The thematic tender in the format of requesting quotes in electronic form was announced by him on February 7, 2022 with an initial contract price of 32 million rubles. ^[1]

Applications from applicants are accepted until February 15. Summing up is scheduled for February 18. The customer expects that work will begin in March, and will be completed in December 2022.
