On February 8, 2022, 1C announced that Intersoft specialists automated the work of OXY-center , the Krasnodar specialized center for reproductive medicine.  Using a system based on  1C: Medicine. Hospital, "" 1C: Integrated Automation 8  "and "  1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, "electronic medical  records and other  documents are organized - contracts, cryoprotocols, protocols of operations, discharge  epicrises ,  etc.

According to the company, the planning of the departments has changed. The work of the embryological department has been optimized, control over the   presence and quality of biomaterials  in the cryogenic reservoir has been strengthened. Reporting to management is twice as fast.  Patient care costs were reduced by  15%, inventory turnover increased by  40%.

Earlier, the clinic's registration department used several programs to record patients for  admission  and process related documents  - contracts, paper medical  records and hospital records, appointments, donor cards, cryoprotocols, surgery protocols, discharge epicrises , etc.   The work of the donor bank was not automated, spreadsheets were used to record biomaterials. Employees spent a lot of time  preparing medical documents  and forming bills for  the storage of biomaterials. Each time, the embryological department had to manually check the amount of  donor materials available in the cryological reservoir. Management did not  receive operational information to plan  and monitor the work of the centre.

The clinic began to need an information system that  would speed up the processing of medical documents, organize the prompt maintenance of electronic cryogurl  with up-to-date data  on donors, the number, quality  and processes of embryo development.

To implement the tasks, the clinic management turned  to Intersoft, which proposed using a set of solutions on the  1C: Enterprise platform: 1C: Medicine. Hospital, ""  1C: Integrated Automation "and"   1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. "

For  7 months, the system was deployed in  70 workplaces.

Key project results:

  • The system combined the work of all divisions of the clinic  - a round-the-clock  and day hospital, an outpatient department, an embryological department, a call center  and a registry. All data is entered  in the system once, which saves the working time of employees. Management reporting is formed  2 times faster, management plans employee employment more quickly  and controls the provision of medical services.
  • Patient  and hospital cards are issued  electronically. 34 templates of medical documents were created, the preparation of documents was optimized by  30%. Doctors have access to operational information  about each patient  and their treatment history.
  • Operational maintenance of donor questionnaires is organized, each donor  in the system is assigned an encrypted  code. An electronic cryogurl has been created , which contains detailed information  on the status of the donor bank,  including  diagnoses of PGT (preimplantation genetic testing) for each embryo. Automated write-off of medical  and donor materials according to  specifications. This excluded errors  in the accounting of biomaterials  and the execution of related documents. It became possible to quickly book donor embryos for planned medical events.  In the system, it is now possible to obtain a detailed report   on the number and quality of embryos in  the reservoir at any time.
  • Control over  the use of funds has been strengthened. All payments are agreed  in the system  using electronic requisitions. It is possible to track expenses  with detailed justification from  department heads  and CFO. Operating (office supplies, medical supplies , etc.)  and administrative costs of the clinic decreased by  15%,  and the turnover of warehouse stocks increased by  40%.
