2022: Implementation of CFM Pro 15000c
On February 10, 2022, KYOCERA Document Solutions Russia launched two TACalfa Pro 15000c CFM based on inkjet printing technology in the Office of the Federal Postal Communications of the Tyumen Region.
According to the company, Kyocera Document Solutions Russia together with SEVER won a tender for the installation of two units of printing machines in the UFPS of the Tyumen Region for printing large volumes of documents in the UFPS information and payment center as part of the PFR/Social Protection projects, for printing receipts under an agreement with Gazpromenergosbyt OJSC and printing within the framework of the Electronic Registered Mail project (receipts and decisions of the traffic police, bailiffs, etc.).
At the time of the decision, the depreciation of the equipment on which the branch worked under the centralized contract was 70%. Frequent breakdowns, complete shutdown of the equipment fleet entailed significant risks of failure to fulfill the branch's obligations under commercial printing agreements. At the same time, the volume of commercial printing grew monthly, in addition, almost every month the business needed to place advertizing information PFR payment documents on circulation, which implies bilateral printing. said Sergey Simaychenkov, director of the branch of the UFPS of the Tyumen region |
The choice fell on the Kyocera TASKalfa Pro 15000c for several reasons:
- Print speed;
- Imprint cost;
- Configuration for billing printing (since there is a large amount of duplex printing on the IVC);
- Low power consumption (previously faced with the problem of overload of the electric network due to high power consumption from existing equipment);
- Environmental friendliness of the equipment (the issue of emissions into the air of harmful substances from laser printers was very acute due to the lack of the necessary ventilation system on the IVC);
- External controller. This option allows you to process and print jobs in the printer memory many times faster. This saves printing time and, accordingly, post-printing processing, namely receipts and decisions of the traffic police and bailiffs (on old equipment this process took twice as long);
- Full color printing.
In addition, since Kyocera TASKalfa Pro is jet printing, respectively, there is no heating of the equipment and there are no emissions into the air. Water-based ink is not toxic and will not harm either humans or nature when disposed of.
The TASKalfa Pro 15000c machine is a device consisting of a set of blocks that can be assembled into a production line. The total length of the most complete machine configuration can reach 8.1 m.
The TASKalfa Pro 15000c has the right performance with less than 120 seconds of warm-up time and less than 5.5 seconds of front page output.
The printing unit, the drying and primary supply unit, and the finishing unit are products of Kyocera's own manufacture; the remaining units, including the vacuum paper supply unit, are OEM developments. All components are delivered as part of a single set of the TASKalfa Pro 15000c machine and are technically serviced by the Japanese support service.
Other specifications of the TASKalfa Pro 15000c:
