2022: Installation of Kyocera ECOSYS M3655idn MFU
On February 10, 2022, X-Com completed a project for the development of a fleet of copying and printing equipment of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Center for Transplantology and Artificial Organs named after Academician V.I. Shumakov." As a result, the speed of document flow of the institution was increased and printing costs were reduced by more than 20%.
The project required faster processing of printed documents by the Centre's administration and medical practitioners, as well as a reduction in the ever-increasing costs of operating the printing infrastructure.
X-Com specialists conducted an audit of the fleet of copying and printing equipment of a medical institution, analyzed the structure of internal and external document flow. As a result, a technical project was developed to replace a number of obsolete and technically worn-out MFIs, as well as the introduction of additional equipment in its infrastructure. The most complete customer requirements were met by Kyocera ECOSYS M3655idn. All devices were integrated into the information system of the Center, commissioning and testing were carried out in various operating modes.
The project has been completed in full compliance with the contract terms regarding the delivery time of the equipment and the scope of work performed.
