The following works were planned and carried out during the project:

• Stage 1. Customer Warehouse Survey
  • Inspection of warehouses, equipment and cargo handling features.
  • Storage space measurement, storage layout.
  • Interview with warehouse manager and employees to get acquainted with business processes "as is." Interviews with employees of related departments related to warehouse processes. Visualize business processes.
  • Receipt of statistical information from the Customer.
  • Verification and analysis data of merchandise and year-end balances provided by Owner.

• Stage 2. Development of the Customer's warehouse development concept.
  • The volume of the product storage has been calculated;
  • Calculations of required capacity of process areas have been performed;
  • Optimal storage systems have been identified;
  • The topology of the warehouse complex has been developed;
  • Recommended list of equipment and equipment types is defined.
  • Business processes of the warehouse are described;
  • Description of the product placement algorithm;
  • Recommendations on the organization of address storage;
  • Calculation of necessary personnel and equipment;
