Federal Center of Project Financing, FTsPF

History

1995

JSC FTsPF is founded according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 6/2/1995 No. 545. The company is created for the purpose of effective assistance to attraction of financial resources, including external financing, and ensuring implementation of the investment projects priority for national economy.

1995 - 2009

JSC FTsPF performs functions on project implementation of international financial institutions for the benefit of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

2010

JSC FTsPF is transferred to the possession of the "Development Bank and Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank)" state corporation. JSC FTsPF is defined by operator of the Program of Vnesheconombank "Financing of assistance to projects of regional and city development" (FSPR).

2013

Consolidation of JSC FTsPF and Directorate of public-private partnership of Vnesheconombank. As a result of consolidation of JSC FTsPF and Directorate of public-private partnership of Vnesheconombank the company which has necessary experiment on preproject financing, examination, structuring and the organization of financing of the development projects considering features of the Russian regulatory legal base, creation and the organization of activity of specialized institutes of development was created.
