2022: Creation of the first prototype of an ISR radio station

Roselectronika Holding of Rostec State Corporation has begun to develop the latest generation of radio communications. The first prototype of the radio station has already been created. It is capable of exchanging data at a rate of up to 100 MB per second and simultaneously receiving up to 256 channels. Rostec announced this on February 14, 2022.

The main difference between the product and its predecessors in the application of advanced cognitive algorithms for digital correction of paths. The device receives information about the peculiarities of its own operation and based on them corrects the operating parameters. Due to the use of new algorithms, architectural and circuit solutions, record electromagnetic compatibility parameters are achieved and signal distortions are leveled, and the data transfer rate increases. The prototype radio station is built on the ISR (Ideal Software Radio) architecture.

The radio station digitizes and synthesizes signals at a frequency of up to 520 MHz. The equipment provides reliable and reliable communication under conditions of interference and signal fading by applying the principle of diversity reception and adaptive interference compensation. The radio station uses the method of pseudo-random adjustment of the operating frequency at a speed of up to 1 million jumps per second. In this mode, any possibility of technical suppression of communication or interception/direction finding of the signal is excluded, which ensures high security of the transmitted information.
