2022: Implementation of a communication project in the interests of Citibank
On February 18, 2022, the VOXYS communications center announced that it had launched a communication project in the interests of Citibank.
Citibank is a customer for VOXYS, the project is being implemented as part of the bank's expansion of the pool of service providers of outsourcing contact centers.
The project provides for the implementation of Citibank's banking products through telemarketing, in particular, informing existing bank customers about personalized offers for issuing and servicing credit cards.
The project involves the Cisco hardware and software complex, the possibility of automation based on VOXYS own IT developments, as well as integration with the customer's CRM system.
In order to ensure information protection of personal data of clients, a dedicated security perimeter was created at the site of the contact center in Kursk with an access control system for the employees and representatives of the customer involved in the project.
The training of the first group of operators took place with the active participation of Citibank representatives at the VOXYS site in Kursk.
