The Sunlight group company completed the project of automation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. In a project deliverable the single system of accounting of financial and economic indicators and project works is created, control over cash flow is increased, the system of motivation of personnel, inventory management and sales is improved. Implementation is executed by specialists of 1C-Rarus company.
For the purpose of increase in transparency of financial and economic activity, ordering of cash flows of the company and prevention of cash gaps the decision on need of implementation of an information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was made.
Within the project the following software products were implemented:
- "1C: Trade Management 8" – for conducting operational accounting, process automation of sales and purchases. Possibilities of the software product were expanded using the developed management subsystem money and budgetings on projects.
- "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" – for calculation of salary and management of financial motivation of personnel.
- "1C: Accounting 8" – for conducting regulated accounting.
During project implementation the block of reports which allowed to trace financial performance of the company and employee performance in real time was developed.
In a project deliverable time of an execution of primary documentation was reduced by 60%. There was an opportunity to daily receive the summary analysis of activity of the company by projects in real time whereas before implementation of an information system the delay in obtaining the reporting made from the 1st to 3 weeks.
On the managerial analysis of activity of the enterprise labor costs are reduced by 20%. Control over activity of project managers and sales managers at the expense of a possibility of carrying out the plan-fact analysis, the analysis of payback of each project increased. It allowed to reveal shortcomings of competences of managers, to reduce purchase costs of construction materials, to increase payback of projects.
At the expense of a binding of construction materials to projects overstocking of warehouses was succeeded to avoid. Standardization of the normative reference information according to the nomenclature and connection of a remote warehouse in the mode "online" through the protected Internet connection allowed to monitor the current situation in warehouses, to provide transparency of logistic processes.
