The RoyalCanin management turned to Axelot with the task of automating the animal feed warehouse in the Moscow region. Previously, the warehouse was not automated. As part of the project, the warehouse implemented functionality for the acceptance and shipment of goods, pallet and piece placement and selection, inventory and quality control of shipped products. A packing work center has been created and the process is monitored.
Axelot WMS X5 was integrated with the company's corporate account system RoyalCanin - 1Nav, which allowed to provide a single information space in the warehouse. 8 stationary and 15 mobile workplaces are automated.
Thanks to the implementation of WMS, the performance and quality of order processing have increased, operations in the warehouse are performed noticeably faster. The warehouse operation is controlled in real time, and the human factor at all stages of WMS operation is excluded.
