2019: Implementation of warehouse management system
In 2018, the management of the group of companies planned the introduction of WMS in the warehouse of turkey meat products in the Penza region. The automation tool selected a solution developed by Axelot. Specialists of the same company were invited to implement the project.
As part of the project, the warehouse was designed after the implementation of WMS, the typical version of the software product was modified to meet the needs of the customer, future WMS users and administrators were trained, the system was deployed and launched. To create a single information space of the enterprise, WMS from Axelot was integrated with the 1C: Management of the poultry farm. Integration is implemented using the Datareon ESB data service bus developed by Datareon.
By reducing the impact of the "human factor," the speed and quality of warehouse operations has increased. As a result of following the compatibility rules of the item and a well-thought-out placement strategy, the optimal use of warehouse space is ensured.
