2022: Introduction of Warehouse Management System

The system implements trustworthy acceptance for trays with nesting control at the tray level. It is also possible to reserve a specific pallet with finished products based on information received from the corporate information system.

Previously, due to the lack of address storage, accounting was kept in spreadsheets, which influenced the build quality and was the reason for the provision of irrelevant information about the availability and availability of goods. If for some reason the document was not updated on time, it required labor to restore and update it, which was why employees had to be distracted from fulfilling their direct duties. The assembly was carried out on paper, which required additional responsibility, attentiveness and time for the operator to enter updated information in the table.

Raw materials transferred to production, stored there and returned from the lines were taken into account only in the CIS, which also led to errors in accounting for the transfer of raw materials from the warehouse. When moving raw materials to the production machine, the adjuster could use raw materials from the wrong batch, which led to re-transfer and additional time costs for writing off and equalizing the residues.

As part of the project, for the initial entry of balances into the warehouse, the processing "Acceptance using paper technology" was used, which made it possible to flexibly form and accept stocks into the warehouse.

Thanks to Axelot WMS X5, it is now much easier to control the work of employees on completed operations and standardize operations. Information about the warehouse balances is available and updated online, inventory is brought to the storage standard and reassignment is excluded.
