2020: Introduction of Warehouse Management System
The WMS system was implemented at a warehouse located in Ryazan, following the results of the project, further replication was planned. The tasks of the project included the automation of all key warehouse operations.
The Axelot WMS X5 system was integrated with the corporate "1C:ERP" information system through the Datareon MQ software solution. 10 stationary and 23 mobile workplaces were automated.
The system has implemented a number of operations that allow you to control the operation of the warehouse taking into account the specifics of the stored products:
- Calculate the generation of executors for the shipping operation.
- The process of planning the picking of orders from the individual and box sampling areas is organized.
- Information on the composition of storage places after shipment is automatically collected to form packing lists and reports.
- Labels are printed on packages in accordance with the sampling rate.
- An important feature of the project is the implementation of ABC/XYZ classification of the item, which allows you to analyze the turnover of goods and manage inventory more efficiently.
