X-Com integrated into the IT infrastructure of the "Drug Supply Center of the Moscow City Department of Health" MFU Kyocera

2022: Installation of Kyocera M2640idw MFU

On March 3, 2022, X-Com announced the integration of additional copying and printing equipment into the IT infrastructure of the GBUZ "Drug Supply Center of the Moscow City Department of Health."

In connection with the expansion of activities, the customer needed to equip new working groups with multifunctional devices that meet the requirements of its document flow in terms of functionality, performance, manageability and communication capabilities.

X-Com experts studied the features of the external and internal document flow of the customer, as well as analyzed its monthly volumes of monochrome and color printing. Based on the data received, a set of requirements for new devices was developed and a list of equipment corresponding to them was prepared. As a result, it was decided to use the Myocera M2640idw in the design of the MFI as the optimal price/quality/cost of operation. Dozens of these devices were shipped from their own X-Com warehouse in Moscow, integrated into the IT infrastructure of the institution and tested. As Kyocera's official service center in Russia, X-Com will provide qualified maintenance and repair of new customer equipment.
