Automation Project:

• Address storage (static and dynamic)
• all operations are performed using RTDS;
• about 25 data acquisition radio terminals are used simultaneously;
• data exchange with enterprise system based on 1C Enterprise 8 SCP using YARUS API.

Features:

• Batch accounting by acceptance date, shelf life and serial numbers (for sales equipment);
• complex algorithm for placing accepted pallets in storage (sorting by tiers taking into account the limit on cell capacity depending on the categories of goods and pallet handling);
• piece configuration, work with pseudo weight goods and accounting for full/empty beer cakes/cylinders;
• sequential zone assembly of flight orders;
• removal of collected flight pallets from the expedition area to the shipping dock with priority by date and time of flight shipment (accounting of flight timeout by shipping docks);
• Reservation of items according to shelf life depending on the requirements for OSH of customers in the context of item groups.

Implementation Effect:

• paper document flow is excluded, all warehouse operations are transferred to RTSD operation;
• Total batch accounting was introduced, which significantly increased the customer service when working with the EGAIS product;
