According to the company, Yu Zhitao, vice president of the Hisense group of companies and president of the Hisense image reproduction technology development division, publicly stated that in 2022 there will be a radical transformation in the television production market: instead of price and screen diagonal, processors and image quality will become the main conditions of competitiveness.

Processors are at the heart of Hisense's strategy for producing TVs with a large screen diagonal.

In 2005, Hisense developed its first proprietary digital video processor, which was widely industrial used. The recently launched Hisense processor is the company's 5th generation processor. It for the first time implemented support for 8K resolution and other algorithms for image processing using artificial intelligence.

The Hi-View HV8107 processor not only processes signals for more than thirty-three million pixels (33,000,000 pixels). The technology of controlling individual parts of the screen, the number of which is 26,880, as well as the image perception function based on artificial intelligence, allows you to optimize resolution and contrast, create a three-dimensional image effect for that. In addition, the processor provides adequate granularity of fast moving objects, optimizes the quality of skin color reproduction, and efficiently performs dynamic noise cancellation.

The processor is already at the stage of mass production and will be used in various TV series of different brands that are part of the Hisense group of companies, including Toshiba. In addition to televisions, the processor can also be used to create control video monitors with a resolution of 8K.
