The testing center of the resident of the Technopolice Moscow replenished the domestic installation for testing high-voltage equipment of power networks. This was Technopolice announced by the general director of the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow" Gennady Degtev.

The resident company Profotek, which produces optical transformers for power networks, has invested more than 108 million rubles in the development of its site on the territory of the capital's SEZ and has created over 60 workstations. The equipment of the Profotek center allows testing equipment according to the latest protocols used on digital substations of power networks, as well as tests for information compatibility of devices of various manufacturers. The presence of such a center strengthens the innovative work of the company, which annually invests about 30 million rubles in scientific research. The company received more than 20 patents for inventions and utility models, including international ones. In March 2022, the company launched a climate installation that will increase the volume and parameters of research in its test center, "said Gennady Degtev.

The climate plant allows you to check each sample produced in a full and extended range, for example, when environmental conditions change from -65 to + 70 degrees Celsius. This is more reliable and correct. In similar installations of other companies, this is controlled separately.

The testing center of the company "Profotek" in the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow" was created in 2013 to check the technological parameters of the equipment of the company itself and the products of third-party organizations. The center has advanced devices, and its employees have the competencies necessary for testing complex equipment.

Here is a test unit designed for 230 kV. It controls all insulation indicators, as well as metrological characteristics in the framework of acceptance tests of power equipment. The second of the test sites contains a large park with thermal and climatic chambers, where both the components and the assembly are exposed to environmental conditions. Control is also being carried out for the absence of marriage in the elements and unmistakable operation of the equipment as a whole, "said Oleg Rudakov, General Director of Profotek JSC.

The presence of a large number of measuring instruments made it possible to create a metrological service on the basis of the test center, which has state accreditation. In addition, Profotec is an accredited operator of the Technopark Skolkovo collective use center, with which the Technopolice Moscow SEZ also cooperates.
