Abikom needed a system with which it was possible to tie equipment to customers and their applications, to preserve the history of maintenance of office equipment. It is also important that this system has a mobile application for visiting employees.

Now the company's service center specialists register applications and keep records of equipment in a single system, track the history of maintenance of office equipment. It has become more convenient for specialists to control SLA (Service Level Agreement) in order to comply with time standards for resolving applications.

Field employees use a mobile application in which there is all the necessary information: assigned applications, the location of the service object, contacts of the applicant, the history of repair of office equipment, a check list for tasks.

Thanks to Okdesk, the head of the company's service center began to spend less time calculating wages for employees. Previously, it took him a whole working day, and now it takes one or two hours to calculate wages.
