2024: Transition to a multi-product software line
Okdesk announced on October 21, 2024, the transition to a multi-product line of software for automating service processes, technical support and field service.
Since 2015, the company has developed a specialized solution for automating the processes of technical support and field maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, Okdesk.
