ТНК-BP (SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.0)

The analytical reporting under personnel management in TNK-BP company based on SAP BW is used since 2002. The wide geography and a large number of the enterprises of TNK-BP holding assumes need of processing of a large number of information. The reporting gathers from all enterprises of holding, irrespective of existence of the information system SAP ERP HCM which, certainly, facilitates collecting and data processing.

Being the most important source of information on activity of the enterprise, the analytical system of TNK-BP at some point of development of holding demanded completion and transition to higher level. Earlier for data collection and mailing of templates for filling with users not - SAP systems own development of holding which support and change was quite labor-consuming was used, and many moments – are simply impossible. Collecting of the reporting was possible only with actual data for last periods, a part of reports required significant completions. All this caused the necessity of review and improvement of the existing system of the analytical reporting.

For implementation of all necessary completions and improvement of the existing analytical system the EVOLA company (SAP Service Partner, SAP Channel Partner) which specializes in process automation of personnel management and adjacent to them was selected, and not one year cooperates with TNK-BP company on implementation projects of information SAP solutions, confirming trust and showing high quality of the performed works.

All assigned tasks of the project: creation of the systems of automatic mailing of a template and automatic data acquisition using the SAP XI tool and also completion of the reporting and a system for collecting and an output in the reporting of planned data, - were successfully implemented by a joint project team which consisted of specialists of EVOLA company and Corporate Competence center of SAP of TNK-BP.
