The company Performance Lab on March 29, 2022 announced the testing of an updated loyalty program for the Hemotest network of laboratories.

Performance Lab specialists met the thirty-day deadline.

The system with which it was supposed to work is a large online store, where users are registrars of numerous branches in Russia.

In order for the loyalty program, which includes certificates, promotional codes, discounts in a separate module, to work correctly, it had to be tested quickly.

The previous system ceased to suit the company due to the lack of flexibility, lack of necessary algorithms. There was a need for another system that was easily integrated with the internal IT infrastructure of the Gemotesta laboratory.

The expansion of the internal staff of specialists has proved to be a very time-consuming and complex process. Namely, to find experienced specialists, not to be mistaken, to quickly introduce things into the course - it was not possible to quickly do this, and the partners from Gemotest understood that they did not fit into the set testing deadlines. A professional approach was required, so the company decided to turn to finding a partner in outsourcing testing services.
