2022: Development of a Russian industrial robot
On March 28, 2022, TECHNORED announced the launch of a program for the development of domestic industrial robots. They will be able to replace a person in any repetitive and dangerous production operations. The development will be presented in mid-2023.
The line will consist of several robot manipulators with different characteristics. They will be able to perform monotonous production processes - from arc welding and loading of parts into the machine to packaging of finished products. The versatility of robots will allow them to be adapted for tasks in various industries - from metalworking to food production.
Each model of the ruler will have 6 degrees of mobility. The maximum reach and carrying capacity will be 3 m and 50 kg, respectively. In addition, the manipulators will be equipped with an enhanced safety system to significantly reduce the risk of industrial injuries when a person interacts with a robot.
"We are starting our own development within the framework of import substitution - we want to create a kind of technical sovereignty and not depend on foreign suppliers. Moreover, many of them suspended their activities in Russia and liberated niches for the development of domestic companies. Previously, TECHNORED used 30% to 50% of imported components depending on the type of robotic system, and now we plan to completely localize their production within one and a half to two years. Our experience, competencies, as well as close work with customers at all stages of design and development will help to implement this project as soon as possible and get exactly the product that the market needs, " says Artem Lukin, founder and CEO of TECHNORED |
The technical part of the development and patenting is planned to be completed by mid-2023, and by the end of 2023 - to deploy production and begin mass production.
Robotization allows you to solve pressing problems of any enterprise: increase the productivity of a site or line, improve the quality of products, quickly launch a profitable nomenclature and improve working conditions.
