2022: Completion of NBT platform replication in all branches of banks

On April 4, 2022, NORBIT (part of the LANIT group of companies) announced that by 2022 it had completed a project to replicate the procurement system based on its own low-code NBT platform in all branches of Rosselkhozbank. Over 3.5 thousand users were connected to it, including employees of the central office.

The platform is included in. register of domestic software The system helped to unify procurement processes through the use of pre-configured chains of procurement procedures in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 223-FZ and internal regulations. bank In addition, the timing of procurement of goods and services was reduced due to the automation of the processes for preparing and approving procurement documents.

The updated system optimizes the operation of document management within the framework of the procurement process: during the project, the document approval routes were optimized, standard document templates were set up, and the interfaces of the procurement management system are as close as possible to the bank's familiar electronic document management system.

According to Yana Lysova, director of the procurement department of Rosselkhozbank, the decision to replicate the procurement system to the entire branch network was made in 2020 in order to increase the efficiency of procurement activities. As a result, employees got a system that is convenient to work in, and bank managers were able to control procurement processes throughout the life cycle of interaction with suppliers.

As noted by Natalya Zubkova, Deputy General Director of NORBIT, cooperation between Rosselkhozbank and NORBIT began in 2012, when Federal Law No. 223-FZ came into force. In 2014, the procurement management system was put into operation and has been constantly developing since then.
