The solution called Sitronics Locus was created by the specialists of Sitronics Tech, the technological direction of the business of the group of companies. This Russian development allows you to monitor the location of personnel, cargo and equipment in production in real time.

Sitronics Locus platform functionality provides local and indoor positioning with the ability to associate with the building plan and 3D models. The system interface can display information information about objects depending on the specified logic. Monitoring objects can be both employees and any physical objects, for example, transport funds and goods.

The platform works using a system of beacons, trackers and a network for transmitting data, it uses accurate positioning algorithms developed by Navigine.

Many Sitronics Locus scenarios can be useful for a wide range of industries. Production and extractive enterprises are relevant for ensuring industrial safety and labor protection at facilities, as well as monitoring the quality of processes. The system reports "atypical" behavior of personnel, displays the movement of employees or objects, automatically notifies by events. The solution helps to determine the presence of personnel in hazardous areas, to monitor the state of health, to warn about dangers.

The application of the solution at transport hubs: train stations, airports, bus stations - allows you to track events and incidents, ensure their logistics, sorting by type and time, export the collected information in the required form. The Sitronics Locus platform will help social services and institutions in taking telemetry readings and assessing the condition of wards, navigating the territory.

The solution will be useful for enterprises operating retail premises, protected areas, warehouses and warehouse bases, in which it is necessary to monitor the work of personnel, their movements and completed tasks. The digital platform provides analytics on movement routes, including with the help of heat maps, and also allows you to upload logs and reports on events.

The solution uses wireless technology and the Internet of Things. IoT Sitronics Tech provided several options for the technical implementation of the solution depending on how the data network works. The platform can operate using a mobile GSM network using LoRaWan technology, as well as using "ultra-wideband communication" between UWB devices. Trackers communicate with beacons via the BLE Digital Radio Data Protocol.
