By Microsoft Dynamics CRM it is implemented and it is used in the DOMELI recruitment agency for information support of the procedure of search and selection of house personnel. Development of the CRM system allowed the agency to structure significantly work with the database of applicants and vacancies. Thanks to automation of the procedure of personnel recruitment managers of KA of DOMELI received the convenient tool for operational and high-quality processing of client orders. In terms of general management by work of the agency implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM allowed to provide the high level of operating control and accuracy of analytical information on work of the agency.


About the Customer

The DOMELI recruitment agency was created in 2005 and now specializes in provision of services on selection of professional service staff for the house: nurses, governesses, tutors, housemaids, maids, cooks, drivers, nurses and other specialties.


Competences of the agency in addition to search, selection and testing of applicants include also providing services in training, psychological preparation and advanced training of house personnel, unique in the market. Now the agency actively works on creation based on DOMELI'S KA of professional training center for training of house personnel on different specialties.

Distinctive feature of the procedure of search and selection of applicants in DOMELI'S KA is strictly differentiated approach to work with clients: in the agency own grid of skill levels of candidates and the system of multilevel testing including assessment of professional qualities, psychological capabilities, experience and also purity of medical and legal documents is developed.


Situation

Earlier in DOMELI'S KA for information support of work of managers and company management standard office applications of Microsoft were used. But as regulations of work of the agency and the operating procedures of search and selection of personnel demand from managers of processing of a huge number of information (only on each applicant in KA DOMELI collect and analyze data more than by 100 parameters), was rather difficult and labor-consuming to support by means of Microsoft Access the necessary quality level and efficiency of works.


Use only of office applications could not provide carrying out operational monitoring of the closed vacancies, current agreements and offers on open vacancies that in turn complicated control of activity of managers and general management by work of the agency.

Besides the lack of the unified information system in which all information on orders, agreements and open vacancies would be stored did not allow to synchronize properly work of client and financial services.

For the purpose of simplification of work of managers of the agency and increase in efficiency of operational and strategic management the management of DOMELI made the decision to refuse use of standard office applications of Microsoft for benefit of the specialized software product for customer relationship management – Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
