2022: Service Support Presentation for a Range of IS Services
Information Security Lab on April 7, 2022 announced the beginning of the provision of service support for a number of information security services. The goal of bringing managed services to market was to increase the quality of projects and switch to a comprehensive service delivery model.
Thanks to the increased rate of digitalization, more and more companies were able to assess the advantages of the service model of service provision. Now, Information Security Lab customers don't need to find and retain highly specialized IBs, tracking the emergence of all new threats, potential vulnerabilities, and security tools. The service provider will take all these concerns and help mitigate the risks associated with security management.
As part of the service model for customers, analytical support for leak protection and incident investigation (DLP), pentest and audit of information security are now available, the development of training materials to increase user awareness on IP issues, including interactive electronic courses, as well as the company's own development - Smart Business Alarm service. This service identifies potentially dangerous actions and events in the global information space, which reduces the risks of information, economic security and reputation losses.
The service model has many advantages, but the most important ones are cost and quality. Managing security services through provider services is cheaper than investing in appropriate personnel, software and hardware, or building technical protection on your own.
