Education

Donetsk Gorky National Medical University, First Medical Faculty, 2000; Traumatology and orthopedics fellowship (Hospital Garcia de Orta), 2001 г.; master's degree from M. Gorky Donetsk National Medical University, specialty "traumatology and orthopedics," 2002; postgraduate advanced training in higher education pedagogy, health care organization, expert activities in the compulsory medical insurance system, information and communication technologies in health care, 2004-2015.

Career

2022: Acting Director of the Scientific and Practical Clinical Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine Technologies of the Moscow Department of Health

In April 2022, the Scientific and Practical Clinical Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine Technologies of the Moscow Department of Health replaced the director. Instead of Sergei Morozov, who headed the institution since 2015, Anton Vladzimirsky, who had previously served as deputy director of the center for scientific work, was appointed acting director.

Anton Vladzimirsky is the author of over 300 scientific papers, a number of monographs and textbooks, the head of telemedicine centers of academic and clinical institutions, and the coordinator of numerous telemedicine projects.

Sergei Morozov said that he resigned of his own free will. He intends to continue to engage in the digitalization of medicine, but his new place of work by April 9, 2022 is not called.

The Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine of the Moscow Department of Health specializes in conducting high-precision diagnostics based on radiation and instrumental research, organizing the work of departments in medical organizations and improving the quality of diagnostic research through standardization of activities, dissemination of best medical practices, introduction of innovative technologies, quality control and equipment safety.[1]
